A free 3-day Trial build is available for evaluation — no card required. Cancel anytime in the customer portal. Cancelling turns off auto-renewal — you are never charged again and keep full access until the end of the period already paid for; afterwards the app becomes read-only for existing jobs.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on computers you operate for your inspection business while subscribed. One subscription per active inspector. You may not resell, share keys publicly, reverse-engineer, or circumvent activation.
You are responsible for your reports, compliance with your state Standards of Practice, client agreements, insurance forms (e.g. 4-point / OIR-B1-1802 versions), and reviewing all library comments before delivery. The software and comment library are drafting aids, not professional advice.
The app works offline; activation and periodic license checks require internet. You are responsible for backing up .inspecx files. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties.
Trial-first policy: evaluate free with the 3-day Trial build before paying. Post-charge refunds within 24 hours on good-faith request, monthly or annual. Cancelling after that stops auto-renewal with no prorated refund for unused time. Taxes/VAT collected and remitted by Lemon Squeezy.
